Internet Protocol television (IPTV) is a system through which television services are delivered using the Internet, instead of being delivered through traditional terrestrial, satellite signal, and cable television formats. Unlike downloaded media, IPTV offers the ability to stream the media in smaller batches, directly from the source. As a result, a client media player can begin playing the data (such as a movie) before the entire file has been transmitted. This is known as streaming media. IPTV is a new way to deliver digital media content to end-users. Anyone can setup an IPTV server and then broadcast media (or channel) to multiple users. IPTV uses Stalker.
The “good” things about IPTV is that easy to set up, cheap hardware and subscription plans, huge TV channel selections in different languages, most bill monthly so it’s easy to jump from one IPTV provider to another over a few months and test them out until you find one you like.
You will need a “ media box” to handle the stalker service. You will need to know what is the Server URL is providing you with the content. You can buy subscription service from our “Shop“
A box can be any media box, any Andriod Box, Apple TV, Smart TV, PC, Shield, Nexus box, Roku, Amazon Fire TV….etc. This also includes all MAG media boxes from infomir. You can buy a service with your choice of IPTV box from our store. All our boxes are bundled with 12 months subscription plan.
- IPTV Devices (Android Box, MAG, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV/Stick…etc)
- Smart TV’s (Samsung, LG, AndroidTV)
- iOS App / Android App
Currently, our IPTV services can be watched on MAG250, MAG254, MAG255, MAG260, MAG270, MAG275, AVOV, IPTV Stalker or an STB emulator application for Android devices, M3U players and Smart TV. We do not prefer Kodi because of the setup complication and technical issues.
Stalker is a middleware protocol that is used to deliver the content to your media box. To put it as an analogy, the website is like an IPTV channel – and just like website uses HTTP protocol, IPTV uses middleware protocol to transfer data/media to your IPTV Box.
The M3U list is a text file format which contains information regarding the channel list such as the name of the channels, the URL of the channel source and channel reference number divided to different groups of countries for the ease of access. M3U is the most used format for all IPTV devices.
On your Android Box, download and install the app named: STB EMULATOR or StbEMU. There is a free version which contains Ads and a Pro version for a couple of dollars (you can purchase the StbEMU PRO version here). When open it, go into:
Top right corner menu (3 dots) -> Settings -> Profiles -> Click the profile name, STB Configuration -> MAC-address.
From there you will see your VIRTUAL MAC. Note it, you will need it for your order and you can change the MAC address to be similar to
Note: change XX to a combination and mix of letter and number.
We recommend using a minimum of 10 Mbps connection with your Internet Service Provider. Don’t ever use your Mobile Data connection because it’s very costly.
However, people with slow internet (5mbps) has reported no issues at all, some people with a fast connection (100 Mbps and up) sometimes faced a problem, it really depends on the stability and the server peak usage. Finally, any high-speed internet with unlimited bandwidth should work well, include DSL, ISDN, FIOS, CABLE, WI-FI, and Satellite broadband connections.
IPTV4ME.NET , its owner(s) or its developer(s), do not own, host, store, or distribute any content, video or otherwise, what so ever. However, if you are the copyright owner of content that appears in any online sharing site, and you did not authorize the use of the content, there are steps that you can take to have the content removed. The link aggregate sites that we utilize are DMCA compliant and are categorized as online service providers by that act. You may have infringing content removed by notifying them through their respective websites.
Service providers go under maintenance from time to time to fix issues or to add/modify channels list. The service is online about 95% of the time. Any IPTV server claims that it’s up 100% all the time is nonsense.
Most of the channels are either HD (720p) or SD (380 / 480) range. However, all this depends on the IPTV server. E.g., you could have TBS as HD on one server but if you subscribe to another service they may have it on Low quality. I personally find that even low quality is generally very good and you need to try a different server (take a free 24 hours trial or a one month plan) so you can check the quality, variety, stability that matches your personal setup and preferences.
Sometimes the channel goes missing and comes back due to maintenance. Also, the service provider has a rights to remove the channels without prior notice so if you missing a channel more than a week than it might be removed by Service provider. However, you will have the option to change to a different service we offer that has channels you are looking for.
NO, We recommend using a single subscription on one device only. There are people who use a trick to use on multiple devices but if your account gets blocked by a server then we won’t be responsible for it. Also Won’t be able to help you release the MAC address of your device from the black/block list.
Of course! All of our services work on Mac OSX! You simply need to install: BlueStacks. This is an Android Emulator! Then, you will need an app called ” STB EMU “. There is a free version in the store, or we can also provide a pro version when purchasing a subscription!
Timeshift, or the little watch icon near a channel, is the possibility to rewind up to 24h-48h in some case. Very cool!

Kodi is the most popular, however, we have a preference for STB Emulator because of it’s friendly to use, stability and easy to configure. We suggest you try them both!
